Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026-07-30

These Terms govern access to oalee.com and any Oalee content, downloads, designs, browser tools, or services that link to them.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not accept all of these documents, you are not authorized to access or use the website and must stop using it.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the website for a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

3. Oalee services

Oalee may provide information, invitations, planners, trackers, calculators, organizers, educational materials, downloadable browser applications, design packs, and hosted tools. Features and availability may change, be suspended, or be discontinued without notice.

Product-specific descriptions, instructions, and written agreements form part of these Terms. If they conflict with these general Terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.

4. Intellectual property

Oalee and its licensors retain all rights in the website, brand, names, logos, artwork, designs, templates, software, code, text, graphics, documentation, and other materials. Copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws protect those materials.

No ownership is transferred to you. Except for a license expressly included with a product or a separate written agreement signed by Oalee, you may not copy, reproduce, publish, redistribute, resell, sublicense, commercially exploit, scrape, extract, reverse engineer, remove notices from, or create competing products from Oalee materials.

5. License and permitted use

Unless Oalee expressly states otherwise in writing, purchased or downloaded materials are licensed only for the buyer’s personal, non-commercial use. Licenses are limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable if these Terms are breached.

No commercial-use license is granted unless Oalee provides a separate written agreement. Sharing files, templates, source assets, download links, or editable products with others is prohibited.

6. Purchases and third-party storefronts

Products may be offered through a third-party storefront such as Etsy. That platform’s checkout, payment, account, and marketplace terms also apply. Oalee is not responsible for the platform’s availability, security, independent decisions, or handling of information outside oalee.com.

Unless mandatory law, a platform rule, or a product-specific written term requires otherwise, digital-product sales are final: cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not offered after purchase or delivery. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. User responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing instructions, confirming compatibility, keeping lawful backup copies, entering accurate information, checking all personalized content before use, and deciding whether any output is suitable for your circumstances.

You must not upload, enter, or use content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, confidential without authorization, or that violates another person’s privacy or rights.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not interfere with the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, probe systems without authorization, automate abusive requests, impersonate others, use Oalee materials to train or build competing systems, or use the website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

9. Third-party links and services

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Oalee does not control and does not endorse or assume responsibility for their content, terms, security, products, availability, or privacy practices. Your dealings with third parties are between you and the third party.

10. No warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, products, downloads, content, and tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Oalee disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, compatibility, and error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oalee and its personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, revenue, profits, opportunity, goodwill, or business; device or software problems; or claims arising from reliance on content, use or inability to use the website or a product, third-party conduct, or unauthorized access.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Oalee’s aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount paid for that specific product, unless applicable law requires a different remedy. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Oalee and its personnel and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

13. Enforcement and termination

Oalee may restrict or terminate access, revoke a license, or take protective action when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, legal requirement, misuse, or threat to Oalee, its users, or its brand. Obligations concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity survive termination.

14. Force majeure

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Oalee is not responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, public-health emergencies, government actions, cyberattacks, internet or utility failures, and outages or failures affecting infrastructure or third-party service providers.

Nothing in this section excludes an obligation or remedy that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.

15. General terms

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia, Bulgaria.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

Oalee may assign or transfer these Terms, or its rights and obligations under them, in connection with a reorganization, sale, or transfer of Oalee, its brand, business, or relevant assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without Oalee’s prior written consent.

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement regarding website use unless a separate written agreement applies.

16. Changes and contact

Oalee may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later use. Questions must be submitted through our Contact page.
